About Me

Every client is unique, and understanding your specific needs is at the heart of my work. I strive to provide support, advocacy, and education in a way that respects and embraces your race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I specialize in creating an affirming and safe space for individuals exploring gender dysphoria, sexual identity, and sexual orientation. Whether you’re navigating social transitions or pursuing gender-affirming surgeries, your goals are my priority, and I am here to support you every step of the way—without judgment or pathologizing who you are.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and motivational interviewing, all delivered through a strengths-based, person-centered lens. This means your voice and goals are always at the center of our work together.

As a board-certified transgender care therapist, a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under DOT regulations, and someone trained in Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE) for adoption home studies, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. I’ve worked across areas like child welfare, direct client services, and substance use disorders, helping people manage mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and gender dysphoria.

Above all, I’m here to listen and support you through life’s challenges, big or small. Whether you’re looking for guidance, affirmation, or simply someone to understand you, I’m here to help.
