Our Founder and Therapists
Meet our founder and the clinical therapists that make up the team. At Qlarity Counseling we are dedicated to building a team of skilled counselors who also have the interpersonal skills to engage with clients. We know that feeling connected with one’s therapist is essential to the process. We make sure that our therapists have the ability to make that connection.

Andrew Morson, MD
Dr. Morson completed medical school at the University of Tennessee in 2003 and went on to Tulane for his residency in psychiatry. He was chief resident of the department in 2007 and completed a fellowship in forensic psychiatry in 2008. Dr. Morson recognized that the Mobile area had a number of talented therapists but not a sufficient number to serve a growing, thriving city and surrounding area. He believes that counseling is an essential tool for assisting those struggling with mental health concerns. Dr. Morson is intent on creating a clinic with skilled clinicians who can provide the highest standards of psychotherapy to the community. Through Qlarity he intends to serve the community of Mobile with the same passion for mental health he has shown for the field throughout his career.

A Few Words From Abi
Our Philosophy
We are committed to the principles of compassion, understanding, and the utilization of established psychotherapeutic methods to help each client develop the skills and resilience to work through his or her life’s challenges. While psychotherapy is oftentimes not easy work and entails challenging periods of emotional expression, psychotherapy changes lives. We believe that through human engagement in a therapeutic milieu, the process will help each client learn the adaptive skills and build the necessary fortitude to live life markedly closer to the fulfilling one they imagine for themselves.
