About Me

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Social Work and Creative Writing from Auburn University, and a master’s degree from the University of West Florida. My passion for helping others began through the mentorship of my high school social worker and has guided my career ever since. I’ve spent two years as a school counselor, where I’ve witnessed the challenges many youths and their families face—including anxiety, depression, grief, family dysfunction, and low self-esteem.

I am deeply committed to helping children and young adults not only cope with life’s challenges but thrive. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, break maladaptive generational cycles, and begin to heal.

With a background in creative writing, I bring a unique, imaginative approach to therapy and enjoy helping clients discover their own creative solutions to life’s obstacles.

I utilize a range of therapeutic methods tailored to each individual, drawing from family systems, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and reality therapy. Together, we will build a personalized toolbox of strategies to navigate life with confidence and resilience.

I provide care for couples, families, and individuals aged 12+.
